Description: Badia alle Grazie is an ancient Convent, carefully restored preserving all the original structures, according to the restoration project approved by the Fine Arts Supervision of Umbria.   The property is located in a natural background extraordinary harmonious and untouched, pervaded by the charming tone given both from the ancient convent- walls and the Umbrian mysticism.
It is divided into sixteen independent apartments of different sizes, all finely furnished.
The property comes on three levels: on the ground floor there's the widest apartment that can accommodate the largest number of guests, there are also some common areas such as a convention room, a comfortable reading room with armchairs, a billiards and a fireplace; the Reception, the bar, five bathrooms included one for disable people, a laundry room with washing machine and clothes drier, and a common payphone box in a niche. On the first floor there are nine apartments and others six are on the second floor.
The Farmhouse is surrounded by a wide, equipped, Green Park called "Parco dei Cistercensi" where there's also the swimming pool of the property and a private car park reserved to the guests.  Few steps away, on the square of the village there's a little amusement park for the children.

2006 PRICELIST - WEEKLY RENTALS - RATES PER WEEK PER APARTMENT - SELF CATERING

Security Deposit: Euro 100 per apartment. This amount will be returned upon departure if no damages.

The price includes: Initial and mid-week cleaning; bath, bed and kitchen linens; water, electricity and gas consumption.

The price doesn't include: Final cleaning (Euro 35/ apartment); heating consumption (that will be charged upon departure);
any other services not specified above
