Description:
"Belpoggio" is made up of three independent properties
totally sleeps 10 + 3 that can be rented all together or separately,
It enjoys an hilltop position overlooking the surrounding
Umbrian hills and the nearby medieval village of Farnetta.
The property boasts a 2.000 sq m. beautiful garden with roses
and several fruit trees, and a 5,5 x 11,5 metres swimming
pool surrounded by sun beds and beach umbrellas. Each house
has its own private porch equipped for eating outside and
its own space around the pool.
"Villa Belpoggio" sleeps
6 it's the main villa. On the
ground floor there's an open living - sitting room with fireplace,
a fully equipped kitchen, a queen size bedroom, two twin bedrooms
and two bathrooms with shower. Its porch is equipped with
sofas, couches, chairs and tables, suitable for enjoying al
fresco dinners or just for laying down and reading a good
book surrounded by the quiet of the Umbrian countryside.
"Dependence" sleeps
2 + 2 comes with 40 sq m. approx. on the ground floor. It
includes a living/dining room with fully equipped kitchenette,
a queen size bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the living
room there's a wide couch that can be turned into a double
sofa bed. Dependence has also its own private porch equipped
with table and chairs for eating outside.
"Hermitage"
sleeps 2 + 1
comes with totally 30 sq m. and includes a living/didning
room with fully equipped kitchenette, a queen size bedroom
and a bathroom with shower. Private porch fully equipped to
enjoy dinners.
