Description: Located in a tophill position, looking
the Umbrian green countryside, sits the medieval village of
Farnetta of Montecastrilli, a feudal member of "Terre
Arnolfe" until the 12th Century. It has been maintaining
the characteristics of rural hamlet surrounded by ancient
oak trees named "farnia", from which the village
took its name. In the center of the old village there are
"Borgo Antico", a pretty apartment where you will
a warm and romantic atmosphere will welcome you. In summer
time, further to get pleasure from the cool maintained by
the thick walls, you will be able to enjoy yourself using
the private pool of the owners, that can be reached walking
for 50 metres approx.
From Farnetta it is easy to reach the most important town
of the center of Italy, such as: Perugia, Todi, Gubbio, Orvieto,
Assisi, etc., to discover religious, artistic and architectural
treasures of this splendid land.

Security
deposit: 155 Euro to be paid on the place at
the moment of your arrival. This amount will be given back
to you at the end of your stay in absence of damages.
What these prices include: initial
and final cleanings; bed, bath and kitchen linen (including
weekly change); water, electricity and gas consumption (for
cooking).
What these prices do not include: gas
for heating consumption (Euro 10 per day); fire wood (Euro
10 per quintal); any others services not specified above.

or time of arrival need to be changed, the request must be
communicated to our "Umbria for You" offices and
approved with 3 days. In case of an unforeseeable delay on
the specified day of arrival, the guest must call the following

3043240. If "Umbria for You" offices are not notified
of delays, the residential owner or "Umbria for You"
representatives may decline responsibility for delay and delivery
of services. The owner or one of his representatives, who
is obliged to arrange unforeseen moving, must be paid.
- In the living-room of this pretty apartment there is a typical
fire- place that you can use. On request and booking, fire
wood is available at Euro 10,33 per quintal.
