Description:
this typical Umbrian stone farmhouse, which was recently restored,
is located in Valnerina at an altitude of about 300 mt. above
sea level. It is surrounded by a pine and oak forest and olive
groves. Its peaceful and scenic position overlooks the park
area of the Nera river.
The farmhouse is divided into three apartments each with independent
entrances. Each apartment is fully furnished with all modern
amenities and has its own outdoor area, with garden furniture.
These apartments are perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy
a relaxing holiday in the country in a cosy and functional
house, dominated by the medieval castles of "Matterella" and
"Precetto" dating back to 1300 A.C.
Also available a private swimming-pool (5 x 10 mt) only available
to clients and owners.
