special periods such as Christmas, Easter, etc. the prices
must be requested to our offices.
Security deposit: Euro 155 to
be paid on the place at the moment of your arrival. This amount
will be given back to you at the end of your stay in absence
of damages.
What these prices include:initial
and final cleaning (except the kitchen that has to be left
in order), bed and bath linen, water, electricity and gas
consumptions. Fire-wood.
What these prices do not include:
daily extra cleaning (Euro 16), G.P.L. heating and other services
not specified above.

- If the date
of arrival and the time-table need to be changed, the request
must be communicated to our "Umbria for You" offices
and approved with 3 days. In case of an unforeseeable delay
on the specified day of arrival, the guest must call the following
telephone numbers: +39 0744 933488, +39 335329380 or +39 333
3043240. If "Umbria for You" offices are not notified
of delays, the residential owner or "Umbria for You"
representatives may decline responsibility for delay and delivery
of services. The owner or one of his representatives, who
is obliged to arrange unforeseen moving, must be paid.
