Description: Beautiful restructured farmhouse, part of a large and historic property, which lies about 20 Km from Todi, in a lovely umbrian town. The historic manor-house is today inhabited by the owners and is linked with the "Le Vigne" by a path which crosses a beautiful garden and leads to the swimming pool (shared with the owners). You also have an amazing view of the countryside and hills surrounding "Le Vigne", both from the house and the garden. In the stone out-house you will find a laundry and table-tennis.
On the ground floor there is a dining-room with fireplace and Tv / Sa, a kitchen and a queen size bedroom ensuite; the french windows lead into the garden, fitted with a barbecue, woodburning-oven and garden furniture. On the first floor there are 2 queen size bedrooms ensuite, 2 twin bedrooms, one barthroom.

2007 PRICELIST - WEEKLY RENATLS:

Security deposit:Euro 400 to be paid on the place at the moment of your arrival. This amount will be returned upon departure in absence of damages.

What these prices include: initial cleanings, bed, kitchen and bath linens (including weekly change), water and, in Summer, gas consumption.

What these prices do not include: consumption of gas G.P.L. in winter (upon consumption), electricity (Euro 0,25 per kw), that will be charged for the amount used during your stay. Final cleanings (Euro 10/ person - at least Euro 80,00). Fire wood (Euro 10/quintal). Any other services not specified above.

- If the date or time of arrival need to be changed, the request must be communicated to our "Umbria for You" offices and approved with 3 days. In case of an unforeseeable delay on the specified day of arrival, the guest must call the following telephone numbers: +39 0744 933488, +39 335329380 or +39 333 3043240. If "Umbria for You" offices are not notified of delays, the residential owner or "Umbria for You" representatives may decline responsibility for delay and delivery of services. The owner or one of his representatives, who is obliged to arrange unforeseen moving, must be paid.
