Description: “ Il Pallocco” is situated just a few kilometres from Todi, in the wonderful countryside of Umbria. Expansive sunflower and wheat crops, of magnificent colour surround this residence. Pallocco is best, for those looking for tranquillity and comfort.
The cottage stands on a hilltop offering a beautiful panoramic view. Nearby are various centers of much interest,such as: the “Archaeology zone of Carsulae”, “Thermal sources of Sangemini”, “San Faustino” and the “fossil forest of Dunarobba”.
The Pallocco is composed of 5 flats (some with a porch), all carefully renovated and furnished to maintain originality of style.
Every flat has an independent entrance, kitchen-living area, fireplace, separate heating, two bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, TV (satellite), a safe.
Furthermore, guests can enjoy access to the private swimming pool surrounded by the wonderful green valley of Umbria. Also, there are barbecue facilities and a wood oven.
For those who appreciate the sports and nature there are: pleasant pathways and walkways, which can be explored by foot or by bike and there is also a bowling alley.
Mountain bikes have been made available for this purpose.
