Festivities are:
Christmas, Easter, New Year's Eve, etc. Security
deposit: 200 Euro to be paid on the
place upon arrival. This amount will be returned upon departure
if no damages.
Weekly rates include: initial
and final cleaning; bed, bath and kitchen linens (including
weekly change),
water and electricity consumption; gas consumption in high
season.
Weekly rates don't include: telephone,
fire wood and (in winter) gas consumption (quotations of these
facilities will be calculated per unit of measure depending
on the lenght of your stay); any other services not specified
above.

- If the date of
arrival and the time-table need to be changed, the request
must be communicated to our "Umbria for You" offices
and approved within 3 days. In case of an unforeseeable delay
in the same day of arrival, the guest must call the following
telephone numbers +39 0744 933488, +39 335 329380 or +39 333
3043240. If "Umbria for You" offices are not notified of delays,
the residential owners or “Umbria for You” representatives
may decline responsability for delay and delivery of services.
The owner or one of his representatives, who are obliged to
arrange an unforeseen moving, must be paid.
- In the living-room of this pretty apartment there is a typical
fire-place that you can use. On request and booking, fire
wood is available at Euro 10,33 per quintal.
- For a stay shorter than a week, the prices listed above
are unchangeable. We have other structures with prices which
