Description:Located on a hilltop position, overlooking the Umbrian green countryside, sits the medieval village of Farnetta of Montecastrilli, a feudal member of "Terre Arnolfe" until the 12th Century. It has been maintaining the characteristics of a rural hamlet surrounded by ancient oak trees named "farnia", from which the village took its name.
L'Angolo di Narciso is a lovely typical 75 sq m. stone house coming on two levels, located in the medieval village of Farnetta, just 200 m. far from the public pool.
On the ground floor there's a living/dining room with kitchenette and washing machine, fireplace and a queen size sofa bed (1,4 m. large); a cotto made staircase leads to first floor that features a wide double bedroom with an additional single bed and a little bathroom with shower. There's also a little garden attached to the house and a wood-oven.

Security deposit: 350 Euro to be paid on the place at the moment of your arrival. This amount will be given back to you at the end of your stay in absence of damages.


What these prices include: initial and final cleanings; bed, bath and kitchen linens (including weekly change); water, electricity consumption; gas consumption only in high season; initial supplying of firewood.

What these prices do not include: gas consumption in low season that will be calculated depending on quotations per unit of measure in the period of your stay; further supplying of fire wood (Euro 10 pro quintal); any other services not specified above.

- If the date or time of arrival need to be changed, the request must be communicated to our "Umbria for You" offices and approved with 3 days. In case of an unforeseeable delay on the specified day of arrival, the guest must call the following telephone numbers: +39 0744 933488, +39 335329380 or +39 333 3043240. If "Umbria for You" offices are not notified of delays, the residential owner or "Umbria for You" representatives may decline responsibility for delay and delivery of services. The owner or one of his representatives, who is obliged to arrange unforeseen moving, must be paid.
