Description:
Just
two km. from the main road through the unmade road you reach
"L'Orvieto" which lays in an unspoilt location surrounded
by a peaceful and serene view of the rolling green wills of
the Orvieto surroundings. An area that has been chosen by
the most relevant italian Companies for its good quality wine.
The property is situated at 15 km. from Orvieto and 7 km.
from Fabro, on the border with Tuscany it has an easy access
to the renowned San Casciano's thermal baths; but you can
also easily visit the Natural Reserve of Monte Rufeno a protected
area of about 3.000 hectares, an ideal place for guided excursions,
horse ridings, bike ridings etc.
"L'Orvieto" is divided into 5 apartments, however
of one these is reserved to the owners.
