The structure
is available for week-end (minimum 3 nights), as well, the
prices must be requested to our office.
Security deposit: 150 Euro to
be paid on the place at the moment of your arrival. This amount
will be given back to you at the end of your stay in absence
of damages.
What these
prices include: initial cleanings, bed and bath linen
(including weekly change), water and electricity consumption.
What these prices do not include:
fire wood; final cleanings (Euro 30) and additional 30 Euro
for the final cleanings if the guest has animals; daily cleanings
on request Euro 8 per hour; G.P.L. for heating and any others
services not specified above.

- If the date
of arrival and the time-table need to be changed, the request
must be communicated to our "Umbria for You" offices
and approved with 3 days. In case of an unforeseeable delay
on the specified day of arrival, the guest must call the following
telephone numbers: +39 0744 933488, +39 335329380 or +39 333
3043240. If "Umbria for You" offices are not notified
of delays, the residential owner or "Umbria for You"
representatives may decline responsibility for delay and delivery
of services. The owner or one of his representatives, who
is obliged to arrange unforeseen moving, must be paid.
- In the living-room of this pretty apartment
there is a typical fireplace that you can use. On request
and booking, fire wood is available at 10,33 Euro per quintal.
