Security deposit: 250 Euro to
be paid on the place at the moment of your arrival. This amount
will be given back to you at the end of your stay in absence
of damages.
What these prices include: initial
and final cleaning, kitchen, bed and bath linen , water, electricity
and G.P.L. consumption in Summer.
What these prices do not include:
G.P.L. to pay according to amount consumed, Euro 30 for cradle
per week, fire wood (Euro 10,33 per quintal) and others services
not specified above.

- In the property
are already present several kind of animals, some of them
at liberty in the 40 hectares of property land and woods:
horses, donkeys, chicken, rubbits, pigeons, dogs, Guinea-pigs.
- If the date of arrival and the time-table need to be changed,
the request must be communicated to our "Umbria for You"
offices and approved with 3 days. In case of an unforeseeable
delay on the specified day of arrival, the guest must call
the following telephone numbers: +39 0744 933488, +39 335329380
or +39 333 3043240. If "Umbria for You" offices
are not notified of delays, the residential owner or "Umbria
for You" representatives may decline responsibility for
delay and delivery of services. The owner or one of his representatives,
who is obliged to arrange unforeseen moving, must be paid.
- During the high season prices of apartments per week-end,
may change due to unexpected changes in temperature. For the
use of heatin, for example, we may need to reconsider the
prices of low season of Euro 34 pro person per night.
- For a stay shorter than a week, the prices listed above
are unchangeable. We have other structures with prices which
