For special periods such as Christmas,
Easter, etc. the prices must be requested to our offices.
Security deposit: 150 Euro to
be paid on the place at the moment of your arrival. This amount
will be given back to you at the end of your stay in absence
of damages.
What these prices include: initial
cleaning; kitchen, bed and bath linen; water and electricity
consumption.
What these prices do not include:
final cleaning (Euro 13 per person, except children under
two); additional Euro 15 if guests bring animals with them;
extra linen changing if requested (Euro 6 per person), G.P.L.
for heating and cooking (Euro 4 per cubic metre).
Every sleep added costs Euro 55 per week (low season), Euro
65 per week (middle season), Euro 80 per week (high season);
Washing machine use (Euro 7 per washing); any other services
not specified above.

- If the date
of arrival and the time-table need to be changed, the request
must be communicated to our "Umbria for You" offices
and approved with 3 days. In case of an unforeseeable delay
on the specified day of arrival, the guest must call the following
telephone numbers: +39 0744 933488, +39 335329380 or +39 333
3043240. If "Umbria for You" offices are not notified
of delays, the residential owner or "Umbria for You"
representatives may decline responsibility for delay and delivery
of services. The owner or one of his representatives, who
is obliged to arrange unforeseen moving, must be paid.
