Christmas, Easter, etc. prices must be requested at our offices.
Security deposit: 200 Euro to
be paid on the place at the moment of your arrival. This amount
will be given back to you at the end of your stay in absence
of damages.
What these prices include: initial
and final cleanings, bed, bath and kitchen linens (including
weekly change),
water and electricity consumption, gas consumption in high
season.
What these prices do not include:
fire wood (upon request), gas (GPL) consumption in low season
(quotations of this facility will be calculated per unit of
measure depending on the length of your stay). Furthermore,
these prices do not include any other services not specified
above.

- If the date
of arrival and the time-table need to be changed, the request
must be communicated to our "Umbria for You" offices
and approved with 3 days. In case of an unforeseeable delay
on the specified day of arrival, the guest must call the following
telephone numbers: +39 0744 933488, +39 335329380 or +39 333
3043240. If "Umbria for You" offices are not notified
of delays, the residential owner or "Umbria for You"
representatives may decline responsibility for delay and delivery
of services. The owner or one of his representatives, who
is obliged to arrange unforeseen moving, must be paid.
