Description: Cosy apartment, situated in the centre
of the medieval hamlet of Spello. You will enjoy and live
the typical atmosphere of the Umbrian towns. The view from
each window overlooks the narrow and characteristic paths,
bringing you back to the history of this old hamlet. The pleasant
position gives you the chance to go for a walk and visit one
of the most scenic churches, Santa Maria Maggiore, where are
kept the enchanting pictures of Pinturicchio.

deposit: 150 Euro to be paid on the place at
the moment of your arrival. This amount will be given back
to you at the end of your stay in absence of damages.
What these prices include: initial
and final cleaning; bed, bath and kitchen linen (including
weekly change); water and electricity consumption and gas
in high season.
What these prices do not include: gas
consumption in low season that will be calculated per unit
of measure depending on price of the services in the period
of your stay; others services not specified above.

the specified day of arrival, the guest must call the following

of delays, the residential owner or "Umbria for You"
representatives may decline responsibility for delay and delivery
of services. The owner or one of his representatives, who
is obliged to arrange unforeseen moving, must be paid.
