one of first floor composed by living-room, dining room with kitchen, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms.
Through a beautiful garden equipped with garden furniture, you can reach the private swimming-pool.

PRICES OF THE FARMHOUSE PER WEEK: GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT

N.B.: For special periods such as Christmas, Easter, etc. the prices must be requested to our offices.

Deposit: Euro 360 for the first floor apartment, Euro 260 for the ground floor apartment, Euro 516 for the whole farmhouse. You will have it back at the end of your stay in absence of damages.

What these prices include: initial cleaning, bed, bath and kitchen linen (including weekly change), water consumption.

What these prices do not include: final cleaning (Euro 55 for ground floor apartment; Euro 40 for first floor aparment; Euro 95 for the whole "Podere Campidoro"),
gas and electricity consumption (these facilities will be calculated on consumption depending on quotations per unit of measure in the period of your stay).
Fire-wood is available upon request and booking at Euro 10,33 per quintal. Furthermore, these prices do not include any other services not above specified.

- If the date or time of arrival need to be changed, the request must be communicated to our "Umbria for You" offices and approved with 3 days. In case of an unforeseeable delay on the specified day of arrival, the guest must call the following telephone numbers: +39 0744 933488, +39 335329380 or +39 333 3043240. If "Umbria for You" offices are not notified of delays, the residential owner or "Umbria for You" representatives may decline responsibility for delay and delivery of services. The owner or one of his representatives, who is obliged to arrange unforeseen moving, must be paid.
