The farmhouses surrounded by a wide garden with swimming-pool, porch, fireplace and an outside wood-oven belong to a land property of more than 300 hectares, developed around the old palace where the owners still live.

2007 PRICELIST - WEEKLY RENTALS OF THE WHOLE PROPERTY:

Security deposit: Euro 600 to be paid on the place at the moment of your arrival. This amount will be returned upon departure in absence of damages.

The prices include: initial cleaning, bed, bath and kitchen linens, change of towels midweek, mid week cleaning, water consumption, gas consumption in summer.

The prices do not include: final cleaning (Euro 10 / person - at least Euro 180), gas consumption in low season (Euro 35 per day), electricity consumption (Euro 0,25/ Kw), firewood available upon request (Euro 10/quintal). These prices do not include any other services not specified above.

- If the date of arrival and the time-table need to be changed, the request must be communicated to our “Umbria for You” offices and approved within 3 days. In case of an unforeseeable delay in the day of arrival, the guest must call the following telephone numbers +39 0744 933488, +39 335 329380 or +39 333 3043240. If "Umbria for You" offices are not notified of delays, the residential owners or “Umbria for You” representatives will decline responsability for delay on the delivery of services. The owner or one of his representatives, who are obliged to arrange an unforeseen moving, must be paid.
