Description: An oasis of peace set in the green of Umbria" Montevibiano, a small Umbrian medieval town: here is this beautiful apartment built within the ancient town walls and to which a tower from '200 is attached.
Once used as an olive-press it now creates a warm atmosphere thanks to an accurate restore done with excellent taste. The furniture is a nice blend of antique and period pieces. The big fireplace in the center of a large living-room gives this house a relaxing, warm atmosphere in the winter evenings and the thick walls offer freshness in the summer.
There is an equipped sitting area outside in the green where is a mavellous view of the country side. It is possible to take ecological walks through the olive trees or ecologicial walks near the town.
A churchbell marks time on the days of Festa.
The apartment is composed of: ground floor at the entrance, kitchen, living/dining room with fireplace, bathroom with shower. On the first floor: Two double bedrooms, a small bedroom in the tower suitable for a small child, bathroom with bath.

PRICES OF THE APARTMENT PER WEEK:

Security deposit: 260 Euro to be paid on the place at the moment of your arrival. This amount will be given back to you at the end of your stay in absence of damages.

What these prices include: initial cleaning, bed, bath and kitchen linen (including weekly change), water, electricity consumption and gas oil in spring and summer.

What these prices do not include: final cleaning Euro 13 per person ( or Euro 31 per person in case only 2 people are coming) telephone, gas oil consumption in fall and winter ( the quotations of these facilities will be calculated per unit of measure depending on the duration of your stay); fire wood (Euro 18,08 per quintal). Further, these prices do not include other services not specified above.

- If the date or time of arrival need to be changed, the request must be communicated to our "Umbria for You" offices and approved with 3 days. In case of an unforeseeable delay on the specified day of arrival, the guest must call the following telephone numbers: +39 0744 933488, +39 335329380 or +39 333 3043240. If "Umbria for You" offices are not notified of delays, the residential owner or "Umbria for You" representatives may decline responsibility for delay and delivery of services. The owner or one of his representatives, who is obliged to arrange unforeseen moving, must be paid.

- In the living-room of this pretty apartment there is a typical fire- place that you can use. On request and booking, fire wood is available at Euro 18,08 per quintal.
