Description:
Only 20 Km separate Todi from this prestigious villa, surrounded
by a beautiful landscape with fields, woods, an olive grove,
a vineyard, an orchard, a pond and black truffle ground, which
belong to the owner.
In the 11th century the structure was a simple farmhouse,
but the present owner has lovingly restored and improving
it using traditional materials.
There are three double bedrooms and one with French-size bed,
two bathrooms, one with shower and two toilets, a dining room,
a fitted kitchen, a living room, a study and a large hall.
Outside you can find a beautiful porch and the garden with
the swimming pool (6 x 12).

Security deposit:
Euro 300 to be paid on the place at the moment of your arrival.
This amount will be given back to you at the end of your stay
in absence of damages.
What these prices include: initial
cleaning, bed and bath and kitchen linens (including weekly
change), water, electricity and gas consumption (only in high
season),
fire wood.
What these prices do not include:
gas consumption in low season, extra cleaning and telephone
that will be charged in dependence of the quotations during
your stay. Other services not specified above.

- If the date
or time of arrival need to be changed, the request must be
communicated to our "Umbria for You" offices and
approved with 3 days. In case of an unforeseeable delay on
the specified day of arrival, the guest must call the following
telephone numbers: +39 0744 933488, +39 335329380 or +39 333
3043240. If "Umbria for You" offices are not notified
of delays, the residential owner or "Umbria for You"
representatives may decline responsibility for delay and delivery
of services. The owner or one of his representatives, who
is obliged to arrange unforeseen moving, must be paid.
