a noi rivolti dai nostri clienti o da coloro che pur non avendo
concluso affari con noi hanno comunque indirizzato apprezzamenti
sul nostro stile di lavoro.
Il lettore non dovrà ricercare tra le frasi di elogio
una velata volontà auto-celebrativa della qualità
dei nostri servizi ne tantomeno dell'abilità dei nostri
collaboratori nei diversi staff di lavoro.
Infatti, l'autenticità degli scritti (pervenuti per
posta ordinaria o elettronica) è certificata dai recapiti
dei rispettivi mittenti i quali, dietro loro esplicita autorizzazione
hanno, oltre che consentito la pubblicazione, espresso la
volontà di rispondere a chiunque chiedesse loro ulteriori
notizie od informazioni in merito.
Per i mercati che maggiormente frequentiamo (quello statunitense
e del Regno Unito) ciò rappresenta una precisa indicazione,
ovvero la possibilità di avere delle "references"
molto comuni per queste culture.
Non avere "references" quindi esperienze da condividere,
con chi ci ha già conosciuto, significa, non avere
"background", punti di riferimento.
L'unica raccomandazione è quella di usare con parsimonia
la disponibilità dei nostri clienti.

We just wanted to say a big thankyou for all your
help, kindness and hospitality during our visit
to Umbria.
We were both overwhelmed by your courtesy and
generosity and hope that one day we can repay
you in some way.
Our new appartment in ...............................is
excellent and both ourselves and our families
are very excited about our future trips and visits
to stay in this most beautiful part of the world.
We were very impressed by the professional and
successful way in which all the business for the
day was conducted. The sale of our property was
much more stress free than we envisaged and you
are both largely responsible for this.

Things look great!
The care Umbro has taken with framing the doorways
and windows is beautiful……….......
I love the little window/nook - Tell Umbro if
he can, make a few other sweet spots for putting
a little statue or flower in a little nook……………………
Do you know what I mean by "nook"? He
let his artistic instinct flow!! We love you guys

Hello Mauro and Eliza
Thank you for getting back to us, we returned
last night so happy but also so nervous, we
have allot to think about we are worried still
regarding the amount of bedrooms (first floor
style/fancy ones) hence we really need the house
next door, but we understand our budget is not
great.
We really enjoyed our day with you, sorry we
were so late, and sorry we took up so much of
your valuable time.
We are looking at the plans today and hope to
sort something out, I am already decorating
the palace in my head and dream about every
night.
We will come and see you again soon and hopefully
you will guide us through this venture, Ian
wonders if he can put on a hard hat and have
a really good look round the palace and the
rooms we didn't see?
We await your instructions and will do whatever
needs to be done, you just need to tell us.
I have bought many interior books today and
hope to have a portfolio with me next time we
come.
We are very excited about this venture and we
feel it " was meant to be" we are
glad that we found you and look forward to working
closely with you.
